Mixology 101

Join us for an evening of demonstration and learning of the science behind using acid, sodium, bases, and smoke in adult beverages. Every attendee will get a sample of each of the 5 different adult beverages using the above sciences.  Cost of class includes 5 samples, recipe cards with ingredient list and your choice of one full-sized adult beverage from the five previously demonstrated drinks.
